About the role

As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of shaping a seamless and engaging student journey, from initial enquiry through to course completion. In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders to promote our courses and services and maintain course and student data in multiple TAFE NSW and Bradfield specific recording systems, contributing directly to student growth and the strategic success of Bradfield and TAFE NSW.

You’ll supervise a committed team, coordinating day-to-day operations and fostering a collaborative environment focused on delivering exceptional service. Based on campus full-time, you’ll engage directly with students and their parents/carers and customers, playing a key role in creating meaningful, face-to-face connections.

Your passion for customer service and leadership will help drive a culture of excellence and ensure every student has a positive and supportive experience.

About You 

You excel at building positive connections with team members, stakeholders, and customers, and enjoy leading with a strong customer-first mindset. With excellent communication, coordination and tech skills, you’re comfortable juggling resources to keep things running smoothly, even when priorities shift. You’re proactive and always looking for ways to improve processes to make the customer experience better.

As a part of this role, you may be required to travel within the Sydney metro region when required.
