$178,647 package includes salary $158,152, employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

About the role

Institute of Applied Technology Digital (IATD) is looking for a motivated Account Manager with a passion for growing and maintaining relationships, as well as driving enrolments.

As the IATD Account Manager you will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders to nurture current industry partner relationships, find new opportunities, drive Business to Business (B2B) & Business to Government (B2G) growth and inform future planning. You will be based at IATD,  Meadowbank campus with our Operational team.

In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders including the IATD Operational delivery team, Faculties, Finance and Student Services. You will also work closely with our University and Industry partners to drive new opportunities.

*Some evenings & travel may be required depending on operational needs and stakeholder engagement*

About You 

You are a dynamic and driven individual with a genuine passion for education and its transformative power. With a keen eye for detail and a natural ability to build and nurture relationships, you understand the importance of collaboration and teamwork. Your proactive approach means you're always one step ahead, finding new ways to attract new B2B clients, delighting current customers and building their loyalty.

Your experience in account management in the digital sector has equipped you with the skills to seamlessly bridge the gap between clients and our educational offerings. You have excellent communication skills and thrive in fast-paced environments and are constantly looking for ways to innovate and improve. Above all, you believe in the value of education and are excited to be a part of a team that's shaping the future of tertiary learning.

Highly Regarded:

- Prior demonstrated experience in sales and account management

- Experience and understanding of digital sector

- Experience in education and training sector
