Base salary of $74,912 - $82,688 p.a plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
The Counselling & Career Development or Disability & Access Officer is responsible for providing comprehensive assistance in the coordination and performance of general administrative, transactions, referral, enquiries and service support activities to facilitate effective and efficient service delivery and operations.

You have impeccable communication skills, are analytical, organised and a natural problem solver. You enjoy building trusting relationships, collaborating with your team and taking initiative.
You are a dedicated and resilient professional with a strong commitment to positively impacting the lives of students and learners. You excel in engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds, demonstrating empathy where appropriate and professionalism at all times.
Your exceptional organisational skills enable you to manage a variety of responsibilities with high attention to detail, including coordinating appointments with counsellors, maintaining accurate and confidential records, and supporting students throughout their educational journey. You are adept at navigating sensitive situations, ensuring privacy and discretion while fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
