Permanent Part-Time Part-Year (20 hours per week for 39 weeks per year)
$74,816 package includes salary ($66,212 - $73,085), employer’s superannuation and annual leave loading (pro rata/this salary will be based on the part time hours you complete)

About the role
Join our dynamic team as a Technical Assistant where you will actively support teaching staff in delivering assessments, training, and practical tasks. Prepare materials and equipment to enhance educational delivery, maintain tools and facilities, and ensure compliance with Work, Health, and Safety standards. Leverage your electrical expertise and proactive approach to manage resources and uphold high standards in electrical systems and maintenance.
About You
Bring your passion for the electrical industry and strong organisational skills to our team. Your ability to work both independently and collaboratively, paired with excellent customer service, will ensure success in this dynamic role. Essential requirements as follows:
- Trade qualifications appropriate to the role and/or relevant industry experience
- Experience in maintaining stores and electrical equipment
- Ability to service, clean, repair, and operate workshop machinery
- Practical, administrative, and computer skills for maintenance and record-keeping
Possession of or willingness to obtain prior to commencement of employment, the following:
- Valid Working with Children Check
- First aid certificate
- Forklift license
- Electrical tag and test certificate
