Project Support Officer

$103,133 package includes salary ($91,272.00 - $98,291.00), employer's superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
This position is responsible for providing support activities to assist in the efficient and effective operations of the planning and implementation of business objectives.
In this role, you will provide a broad range of administrative activities, supporting the Team with practical logistical tasks such as scheduling, organising meetings and other high level administrative requirements to ensure the program is consistent with TAFE business approach in meeting the needs and expectations of current and future workforce, industry partners and customers.
You will also gather, collate and provide analysis and interpretative information that contributes to informed decision making, planning and delivery of projects that are compliant and meet agreed standards and quality.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will:
- Have excellent organisation, records management and administrative skills;
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced and complex environment where you will be encouraged to share your ideas on how we can improve our processes; and,
- Have impeccable communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to gain support and negotiate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
Essential Requirements:-
- Diploma in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
- High level skills to use a range of computer based software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Outlook
Highly Regarded:
- Previous experience using project management tools
- Previous exposure/experience in end-to-end project lifecycle
