Temporary Full Time till 12 June 2026

$153,047 Package included $135,445 base salary per annum plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

Working as an integral member of the IAT Quality team and reporting to the Project Manager - Quality Lead, the Product Specialist (Quality Assurance) is responsible for coordinating, undertaking, and analysing review activity to ensure the integrity and compliance of IAT offerings and practices against quality assurance frameworks. The role will also provide support to develop, design, and monitor the implementation of continuous improvement activities and quality enhancement practices following review activity.

This role requires travel to Meadowbank and Kingswood campuses.

About You 

To succeed in this role, you will have outstanding attention to detail and can work collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders to devise optimal quality mechanisms and drive continuous improvement. You will achieve this by understanding competing stakeholder priorities, synthesising large volumes of information, and exercising your exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills. You will also be able to work independently to plan and manage your workload and multiple priorities to meet project deadlines.

Highly regarded

  • Experience in quality assurance processes for educational products, in particular for microskill and microcredential courses.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
