$184,818 package includes base salary $163,687 per annum plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
The Program Benefits and Evaluation Manager, is responsible for evaluating, monitoring, and reporting on program/project benefits realisation in accordance with relevant TAFE NSW and government frameworks, supporting program/project management to ensure that identified benefits achieve their intended outcomes.
In this role you will develop and implement benefits realisation strategies and plans that align with TAFE NSW's strategic objectives and NSW Government Business Case requirements, ensuring programs deliver their intended value. You will also stablish and maintain effective systems to track, measure, and evaluate program benefits throughout their lifecycle, providing accurate data on benefit realisation progress and outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to implement a practical benefits management framework and approach to define, plan, and track benefits across the portfolio of Digital Projects and Programs.
About You
You have prior experience developing and implementing benefits management and evaluation in a program/project environment that achieve measurable outcomes aligned to organisational objectives in a dynamic business environment. You bring excellent communication skills and able to manage competing priorities and diverse stakeholders needs in an evolving operating environment through collaborative approach. You have strong analytical thinking along with demonstrated project management skills.
To be successful in this role, you will have:-
- Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
- Demonstrated experience applying benefits realisation methodologies in a complex project management environment.
Highly Regarded:
- Practical experience in the implementation of benefits frameworks.
- Trained or certified in best practice benefits and evaluation frameworks such as the PMI benefits management practice guide, or other practitioner training.
- Working knowledge of the NSW Digital Assurance framework with hands-on experience in Benefits Management and/or Business Case development.
