Total Remuneration Package $184,818 includes a base salary of $163,687 plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

We currently have multiple opportunities (5 x Full Time Temporary; 12-months) available for experienced leaders to be a part of the Education Enablement Strategic Projects team as Manager Strategic Projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing leadership and strategic advice on the coordination and implementation of major teaching and learning projects for the business unit. This team has a focus on leading the implementation of a range of school's programs.
Working with senior leadership and key stakeholders, the Manager Strategic Projects will lead the development and implementation of projects and initiatives that support schools programs. This includes building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships, providing high quality customer service, execution of operational plans and quality assurance practices that ensure compliance with aligned contracts. This role will also be responsible for evaluating and refining frameworks to drive efficiency, effectiveness and continuous improvement across all initiatives.
These roles will also include some travel as per business and team requirements to support role responsibilities.

To be successful in this role, you will have:-

Degree qualification in related field or experience skills, knowledge and experience.

Demonstrated experience in managing large projects.

High level interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills with the ability to manage the relationships with a range of senior internal and external staff and stakeholders.
