About the role
This is a Permanent part time opportunity based onsite at our Ballina Campus within our Nursing faculty, working 2 days per week Thursday’s and Friday’s.
The Education Administration Support is responsible for supporting Head Teachers and their team of world class teachers with administrative duties on a day-to-day basis. They regularly resolve student’s questions and sustain teachers and students on campus throughout the semester. If you are passionate about working in a multi-disciplinary team, then this is the opportunity for you!

About You
To succeed in this role, you will be customer-focused with demonstrated experience in the provision of high-quality administrative support and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced and complex environment.
The successful candidate will have:
1. Certificate III in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
2. Demonstrated experience in the provision of high-quality administrative support and ability to work with a range of complex administrative and corporate systems.
3. Demonstrated experience in developing systems and processes to support efficient operations.
Highly regarded
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to engage effectively with Students and Teachers.
- Experience in the nursing industry is highly desirable
