Temporary Full Time till 20 September 2026

$141,364 package includes base salary ($124,547 - $137,476) per annum plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

The Change Coordinator position is responsible for supporting the design, development and implementation of change management to successfully adopt and embed changes (system, process, people and culture) and address impacts relating to implementing the change. This role is also responsible for supporting and implementing initiatives to address issues affecting project continuity including team member transition, knowledge retention and stakeholder relationships, ensuring project capability and momentum are maintained.

Key duties include but not limited to: -

  • Perform stakeholder identification and analysis (roles and level of engagement required)
  • Develop communication plans (stakeholder groups, communication channels, key messages, communication mediums) as well as actual communication including stakeholder updates, newsletters, updates in corporate communication channels
  • Stakeholder surveying (develop surveys, gather data, perform basic analysis)

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Degree qualification in related field or equivalent significant experience relevant to the role.
  • Demonstrated experience in the leading, managing, coordinating and supporting organisational change delivery in a large private or public sector organisation.
  • Significant experience developing and implementing change management plans to support successful project deployment.

Highly Regarded

  • Background in Media, Communications, or Journalism - demonstrated experience in crafting engaging and targeted communications across diverse channels and audiences.
  • Creativity and Creative Writing Skills - proven ability to develop innovative communication strategies, explainer videos, FAQs, and storytelling formats to support change adoption 
  • Data Analysis and Survey Design Experience - experience in designing and analysing stakeholder surveys to assess readiness, sentiment, and adoption metrics.
  • Change Management Certification (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, APMG) - completion of a recognised change management certification program such as PROSCI or equivalent is highly regarded
