About the role
Bring your current industry experience and knowledge in Massage Therapy and join our vibrant team of Teachers in this exciting permanent, full-time opportunity based at our Meadowbank Campus.
TAFE Teachers are professional educators who help, construct, guide and enhance the educative process. The successful candidate in this role will deliver educational programs and facilitate learning, enabling students to achieve their best outcomes.
About You
We are looking for a passionate and engaged individual who has the ability to meet the following Essential Requirements:
- Hold appropriate subject knowledge and skills, and at minimum hold a Diploma in Remedial Massage or equivalent
- Accreditation with a professional massage / natural therapies association (mandatory)
- Demonstrated at least three years of post‑qualification industry experience, with relevant industry experience gained within the last five years
- Hold evidence of the required teaching qualification to deliver Vocational Education and Training (VET). See the candidate support document here for details.
- Be prepared to develop and maintain your VET knowledge and skills as well as your industry currency, and trainer/assessor competence.
