Temporary Part-time (3 days/week) for 6 months

$80,502 – $88,860 salary package - includes base salary ($70,926 - $78,289), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading (paid pro-rata)

About the role

As a Customer Experience Consultant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the end-to-end customer journey while delivering high-quality administrative support. Your contribution will help drive TAFE NSW strategic objectives, maximise student enrolments, and uphold a culture of excellence in customer service.

This role is based onsite at Bradfield Senior College in St Leonards, with a requirement to work three days per week (working days can be negotiated).

With your passion for customer service and your natural leadership style, you’ll help create a positive, supportive experience for every student while championing a customer-first culture.

About You 

You are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and take pride in creating positive experiences for others. You bring strong motivation, a proactive mindset, and proven experience in providing high-quality administrative support.

You build strong, constructive relationships with ease, whether with colleagues, stakeholders, or customers, and thrive in a collaborative environment. With excellent communication, coordination, and digital skills, you’re confident managing competing priorities and adapting in a fast-paced setting.
