Contract Assurance Officer
Temporary Full Time until November 2027 – 35 hours per week
$110,972 – $119,506 salary package - includes base salary ($97,771 – $105,290), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading (if part time add paid pro-rata)

About the role
As a Contract Assurance Officer in the School-based Apprenticeship and Traineeship (SBAT) team, you coordinate and monitor training arrangements to ensure compliance and achievement of KPIs. You manage applications, NESA requirements, training plans and completions, balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Working with diverse stakeholders, you provide advice and ensure regulatory requirements are met. Success relies on strong organisation, collaboration and adaptability
This role supports meaningful school-based programs and helps young people begin successful career pathways.
About you
You are a detail-oriented professional with experience supporting school-based programs and ensuring compliance within apprenticeship and traineeship environments. You have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including coordination of SBAT and/or TVET programs.
You build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders, including delivery teams, schools, Training Services and Apprenticeship Connect Australia Providers (ACAPs), providing clear guidance on compliance and processes. You are highly organised, able to manage competing priorities, and committed to delivering accurate, compliant outcomes that support positive student pathways.
