Permanent Full-time

$205,590 salary package - includes base salary ($181,324), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

As the Sourcing Manager, you will lead strategic sourcing initiatives that deliver value, manage risk, and align procurement activities with TAFE NSW’s business objectives. You’ll oversee end-to-end procurement processes, build strong supplier relationships, and provide expert guidance to procurement specialists. Your ability to navigate comprehensive procurement processes and deliver sustainable, value-for-money outcomes will be key to driving organisational performance.

About You 

You are a results-driven professional with extensive experience in procurement and sourcing within complex organisational environments. You excel at developing and executing sourcing strategies that deliver value, meet compliance requirements, and support broader social and sustainability goals. Your strong communication and negotiation skills enable you to build productive relationships with stakeholders and suppliers, while your leadership ensures smooth contract transitions and effective procurement outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic sourcing and procurement management, including oversight of comprehensive procurement processes within large, complex organisational contexts, preferably in the public sector.
