$111,798 – $132,585 salary package - includes base salary ($98,499 – $116,813), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading (paid pro-rata)

About the role

Bring your passion for property and valuation to the classroom! We are seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable individuals to inspire the next generation of property valuation professionals. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality, industry-aligned training, combining contemporary valuation practices with engaging teaching approaches that support student success.

You will work with diverse learners to develop practical skills in areas such as property market analysis, valuation methodologies, regulatory frameworks, client engagement, and the evolving role of valuation professionals in the property industry. Using your professional experience and subject expertise, you’ll create inclusive, supportive learning environments that encourage analytical thinking, accuracy, professionalism, and lifelong learning.

About You

To be successful in the role, you will:

  • Hold appropriate subject knowledge and skills, and at minimum hold a Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma or Masters in a related field (or above qualification)
  • Have a minimum of three years post-qualification property valuation industry experience relevant to your qualifications, gained no longer than five years previously
  • Be prepared to develop and maintain your knowledge and skills as well as your industry currency, and trainer/assessor competence
  • Membership with the Australian Property Institute is highly regarded.
