Location negotiable across NSW (subject to campus availability)

Temporary Full Time until 30th June 2027

$230,530 salary package - includes base salary $203,592, plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

The Program Manager is responsible for leading the project management team, along with providing overarching coordination and successful delivery of a high impact complex project within TAFE NSW. The position delivers strong governance and control of the project, including identifying interdependencies to maximise educational and organisational outcomes in line with TAFE NSW strategic priorities.

This senior role will provide the strategic leadership and direction to deliver a cohesive, enterprise‑level solution that delivers greater insight into current TAFE NSW operations and outcomes.

About you 

To be successful in this role, you will have:-

  • Degree qualification in program/ project management/ finance / related field or equivalent significant experience.
  • Extensive finance knowledge, ability to problem solve and connect the dots in a large complex organisation.
  • Extensive experience leading and managing multiple projects at portfolio or program level on business transformation and change (or similar) across large complex business areas or organisations.
  • Demonstrated high level stakeholder management skills to positively engage and collaborate on program/project management strategies.
  • Strong track record of proactively resolving complex project planning issues to successfully achieve integrated and coordinated delivery.
