$96,098 salary package - includes base salary ($84,666), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading (pro-rata)

About the Role

In this role, you will support our Agriculture students as they begin their learning journey. You will assist with the enrolment process, help students get started in their course, and work closely with the teaching team to ensure a smooth and engaging experience.

You will play a key part in encouraging student engagement, providing opportunities for students to connect with their studies and industry pathways, and helping them stay committed to their learning goals and study timeline. Your contribution will directly influence students’ progression, success, and overall learning experience.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the Agriculture industry and eager to share their knowledge and experience. You will help students develop practical and industry-relevant skills, gain qualifications, enhance their employment opportunities, and work towards rewarding careers across the agricultural sector.

About You

You will bring with you a passion to make a sustained and meaningful impact on industry and learners when sharing your subject knowledge expertise from industry and an appropriate vocational qualification.  

To be successful in this role you must possess:

• At minimum, a Certificate III in Agriculture (or higher qualification)
• Relevant post-qualification experience in the industry relevant to your qualification
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to be proactive, self‑driven, and highly organised - demonstrating effective time‑management, initiative, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively
