About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join TAFE NSW as an Exam Supervisor within our Class Support team. We are actively building eligibility lists across our TAFE NSW campuses in Armidale, Bathurst, Dubbo, Glen Innes, Gunnedah, Inverell, Moree, Narrabri, and Tenterfield for future casual opportunities as they arise, subject to campus requirements and availability.
In this role, you’ll be essential to maintaining the integrity of the exam process, contributing to consistent, high-quality supervision practices, and creating a positive experience for students while ensuring exams run smoothly that comply with established standards.
Please note: These are casual positions. Hours of work will vary based on operational requirements, and there is no guarantee of ongoing or regular shifts.
About you
You’re someone who takes pride in delivering a smooth, supportive, and a compliant exam experience for our students.
You’ll bring:
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and coordinate groups of students effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage exam-related clerical and administrative tasks with effective communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to different exam formats and student needs
- A commitment to integrity, compliance, and quality standards
- Proficiency in relevant IT systems and administrative software
