$131,911 $142,056 salary package - includes base salary ($116,219 - $125,157), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

As a Resource Monitoring Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the effective planning, monitoring and procurement of resources across the Learning and Teaching Group (LTG). By analysing current and future resource requirements, you will help ensure resources are available when and where they are needed to support delivery outcomes, customer expectations and sustainability goals.

What you'll be doing:

  • Collaborate: Partner with stakeholders to identify and plan current and future resource requirements to support delivery needs.
  • Source Strategically: Procure resources in line with procurement guidelines, ensuring they meet training package requirements and safety standards.
  • Optimise Efficiency: Monitor resource utilisation, identify gaps, and ensure resources are allocated to support delivery outcomes.

About you 

Are you a proactive and solutions-focused professional who enjoys working with people and finding practical solutions? We are looking for someone who can build strong stakeholder relationships, analyse information, and support the effective planning and utilisation of resources.

To be successful in this role, you will bring the following skills and attributes:

  • Commitment to customer service to support aligned Faculty delivery sections with Plant and Equipment requirements and processes aligned to TAFE Infrastructure and Procurement Teams.
  • Ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders to compile detailed, sufficient and relevant information from a diverse range of sources.
  • Knowledge of Procurement and Contract Management requirements.
  • Strong team player, able to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop practical solutions to complex challenges.
  • Experience sourcing and coordinating resources to support operational and delivery requirements.
  • Passionate about driving efficiency, with the ability to monitor, allocate and optimise resources to support business objectives.
  • Holds a degree qualification in a relevant discipline or possesses equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
