About the role
As a Manager of Delivery Implementation, you will provide leadership, guidance, and direction to ensure the successful implementation of delivery and operational plans within the Learning and Teaching Group.
As a part of this role, you will have experience in vocational education and training, along with expertise in managing the execution of business and strategic plans in a dynamic and complex environment. You will possess strong negotiation and influencing skills, enabling you to effectively engage with diverse client groups.

About you
You are a strategic and results-driven leader with demonstrated experience managing complex operations, delivering business and strategic plans, and leading high-performing teams in dynamic environments. You possess strong analytical and decision-making capabilities, allowing you to navigate sensitive and complex issues while balancing organisational priorities, resources, and compliance requirements. Your ability to think strategically and execute operationally enables you to drive continuous improvement and achieve organisational objectives.
You are a highly effective communicator with exceptional stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and influencing skills, capable of building trusted relationships across diverse client groups and interests. Backed by relevant qualifications or significant equivalent experience, you bring strong leadership, financial management, and reporting expertise, along with a collaborative approach that fosters accountability, innovation, and positive outcomes. A current Working with Children Check is required prior to commencement.
