Service Account Specialist
Location Negotiable within NSW (subject to campus availability)
$145,605 - $160,719 salary package - includes base salary ($128,284 - $141,600), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

The Service Account Specialist role is responsible for providing support across assigned client portfolios to ensure the effective delivery of the Digital Solutions Groups service catalogue to agreed levels of performance.
The role requires you to establish, build, and maintain effective relationships with a portfolio of internal TAFE NSW customer stakeholders and cross functional teams in the Digital Solutions Group; and facilitate timely communication, targeted business engagement, and effective issue resolution that supports successful delivery of solutions for customers.
You are an experienced customer focussed service specialist with a history of working across a large portfolio of clients. You are a strong relationship builder and are a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to oversee the delivery of digital solutions.
You keep abreast of industry trends and technologies. You have demonstrated experience championing stakeholder engagement and communication and matching customer requirements to approved Digital Solutions and Products. You contribute to negotiating service requirements, understand the importance of monitoring and measuring service delivery to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement. You champion best practice and ensure the protection and correct use of digital assets.
You have well developed communication skills, are analytical, organised and a natural problem- solver.
