$110,972 – $119,506 salary package - includes base salary ($97,771 - $105,290), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you’ll provide specialist advice and support to deliver effective, compliant and efficient recruitment across TAFE NSW.

You’ll partner with hiring managers to design and coordinate recruitment activities, attract and select high-quality candidates, manage talent pools and provide practical advice that builds hiring capability.

Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll balance competing priorities while delivering a positive, customer-focused experience for hiring managers and candidates.

A talent pool, valid for 18 months, will be created and can be used to fill future vacancies.

About you 

You’re an experienced recruiter who enjoys partnering with people to deliver great hiring outcomes. You bring a relevant qualification or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience, along with strong end-to-end talent acquisition experience.

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong experience across all stages of recruitment, from sourcing and attraction through to assessment, selection and compliance.
  • Skilled in using social media and sourcing tools to connect with top talent.
  • Builds trusted, collaborative relationships with hiring managers while keeping candidate experience a priority.
  • Comfortable managing pressure and juggling shifting priorities.
  • Works well in a team, sharing knowledge and ideas, and supporting others to succeed
  • Highly Desirable: Experience using Applicant Tracking System (ATS), such as Page Up, to manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
