$106,140 – $111,515 salary package - includes base salary ($93,514 - $98,249), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
As a Digital Builder, you will play a key role in the building, configuration, testing and ongoing maintenance of digital courses across TAFE NSW's learning platforms. Working in partnership with instructional designers, course developers, course quality assurance specialists and other stakeholders, you will translate learning designs into engaging, user-friendly online learning environments that meet technical, accessibility, quality, security and compliance requirements. You will ensure courses are effectively integrated within TAFE NSW's digital ecosystem and are optimised to deliver a seamless experience for both teachers and students.
In this role, you will monitor course functionality and platform performance through testing, diagnostics and analysis, identifying opportunities to improve usability, learner engagement and system effectiveness. You will provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support to investigate and resolve complex issues, conduct root-cause analysis and contribute to the implementation of sustainable solutions for recurring challenges. You will also support the administration of cloud-based and internally hosted learning applications, maintain associated databases and documentation, and help ensure the integrity, security and availability of digital learning resources and information.
About You
You are passionate about technology, problem-solving, and delivering a seamless experience for teachers and students. The successful candidate will also possess:
- A qualification (Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree) in a relevant discipline, or comparable skills, knowledge, and experience
- You have demonstrated experience working with learning management or related systems and building, configuring and optimising online courses within a digital learning environment
- A valid Working with Children Check (required prior to commencement).
