Permanent Full Time (35 hours per week)

$205,590 salary package - includes base salary ($181,324), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

The Manager Curriculum Systems provides strategic leadership and governance for curriculum systems and training product management across TAFE NSW. The role ensures the integrity, accuracy, compliance, and accessibility of curriculum information, enabling high-quality training delivery, effective business operations, and informed organisational decision-making. Leading a specialist team, the position oversees curriculum data governance, system implementation activities, training product lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives. Through strong leadership, collaboration, and operational management, the role drives compliance, mitigates risk, enhances system performance, and supports TAFE NSW's commitment to delivering high-quality educational outcomes and customer-focused services.

About you 

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
  • Demonstrated experience in providing strategic leadership for curriculum management systems operations
  • A valid Working with Children Check (required prior to commencement).
