$149,973 – $165,541 salary package - includes base salary ($132,132 - $145,848), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
We have four temporary full-time positions available until 30 June 2027. A talent pool may also be created through this recruitment.
As a Workforce Development Lead supporting the Education Technology Ecosystem (ETE) program, you will lead the planning, design and delivery of capability initiatives that help TAFE NSW staff adopt new education systems and ways of working, including PeopleSoft.
You will partner with operational teams, system experts and senior stakeholders to identify capability needs and develop practical, scalable learning solutions. You will coordinate delivery across multiple stakeholders, manage risks and changing priorities, and use feedback and data to evaluate impact and improve the approach. This role calls for someone who can turn complex system and process changes into clear capability outcomes for staff across TAFE NSW.
About You
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- A degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading the development and implementation of organisational development or workforce capability programs in a large, complex organisation.
- Experience using instructional design principles to create practical learning solutions for diverse audiences.
- Experience using a range of facilitation methods and technologies to engage diverse groups.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to identify capability needs, provide advice and gain support for an effective approach.
- The ability to manage competing priorities, resolve problems and adapt delivery as requirements change.
- A valid Working with Children Check prior to commencement.
Highly Regarded:
- Knowledge of TAFE NSW education and student processes, and experience supporting the adoption of PeopleSoft or a comparable system.
