We invest in our people
At TAFE NSW, you will discover a diverse, dynamic, and collaborative environment, where you can innovate, create value, and do meaningful work. We provide you with tools, ongoing training and professional development, health and wellbeing programs, and a 35-hour working week with a variety of flexible working options.
About the role
As Contract Support, you will play a key role in enabling high-quality learning experiences for TAFE NSW students by supporting the management of learning content partnerships across a diverse supplier network. Working closely with Course Development and Quality teams, you will coordinate learning content agreements, maintain contract records and support the sourcing of learning resources from external providers, including other TAFEs and training organisations. Your work will help ensure partnership arrangements are compliant, accessible and aligned to business needs.
This is a dynamic and fast-paced role where you will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate new agreements, contract extensions and variations. You will liaise with Legal, Procurement, Finance and operational teams to navigate agreement processes, while also identifying opportunities to improve systems, reporting and ways of working. With a current focus on strengthening digital processes and reducing manual administration, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce risk and support the delivery of quality learning content across TAFE NSW.
About you
You are an organised and proactive professional with experience supporting contracts, partnerships, procurement, administration or operational functions in a complex environment. You enjoy working across multiple priorities, maintaining accurate records and coordinating documentation while ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures. Your attention to detail, customer-focused approach and ability to manage competing deadlines allow you to deliver high-quality outcomes consistently.
You are also a confident communicator who can build productive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Whether working with suppliers, business units, procurement specialists or legal teams, you can negotiate practical solutions, influence outcomes and navigate varying requirements to achieve shared goals. You are comfortable using technology to improve processes and reporting, with proficiency in Microsoft 365 and data-driven decision making. Experience with Power BI dashboards and procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba will be highly regarded but is not essential.
