About the Role
As Principal, you will play a key role in driving the school’s strategic direction, fostering a culture of excellence, and upholding the traditions and values of Catholic education. About You
You are a leader with a passion for Catholic education and a commitment to community-building. This well established, focused and calm school would be an ideal place for a first principalship or someone looking to ‘downsize’! You bring:
- Proven leadership experience in a Catholic school.
- Registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (or equivalent).
- Accreditation to Teach Religious Education or Lead in a Catholic School.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
- A Master’s degree in education or a related field (or a willingness to commence these studies upon appointment).
