The Opportunities
We are seeking two Learning Support Officers to join our school community in Term 1, 2025.These two exciting Ongoing Part Time opportunities exists, approximately 30 hours a week, to join our welcoming, supportive and collaborative school environment.

You will:
- Have a passion and ability to work and support learners with a diverse range of needs – including working 1:1 with students to access the curriculum and manage physical, social and emotional needs.
- Have an empathy and understanding of working with a diverse range of students including neurodiverse learners and their families.
- Have a personal approach which is caring, compassionate, confidential, patient and respectful.
- Have a desire to continue to grow and develop as a learner.
- Have a commitment to Catholic Education and the Catholic Identity of St Michael’s.
