You Will lead:

Faith Leadership and Catholic Identity
Lead the College in nurturing its Catholic identity and integrating Marist and Mercy charisms in building a Christian community among students, staff, and families.

Spiritual and Faith Formation
Support the faith development of staff and students through prayer, retreats, reflection days, and spiritual programs, including Sacramental and Special Ministers programs.

Liturgical and Religious Events Coordination
Plan and oversee liturgies, Masses, assemblies, College celebrations, and weekly newsletter reflections in line with the liturgical calendar and community events.

Faith and Justice Programs
Promote, develop, and manage faith-based and social justice initiatives, including Marist and Mercy programs, Immersion Trips, and the Community Engagement Program.

Staff Faith Development and Support
Facilitate ongoing formation opportunities and resources to help staff understand and grow in their own faith and support the spiritual journey of young people.

Partnerships and Program Oversight
Collaborate with parishes, other schools, and the wider community while overseeing programs such as ECSI implementation, Sustainability, and Specialist Leaders.
