An opportunity, Built for you
As Digital Engineering Coordinator at Built, your role will be to ensure that all consultant and subcontractor DE modelling is developed in accordance with the project’s Digital Engineering Management Plan (DEMP) and delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The DE Coordinator manages the processes, workflows, and technologies associated with digital modelling, supporting both the project and business unit to achieve client, programme, and commercial objectives.
Here’s what a typical day might look like for you:
- Manage all processes associated with DE modelling, including model federation, clash detection, and as-built models
- Ensure all DE models comply with the DE Management Plan and client requirements
- Support design reviews, buildability assessments, and methodology planning
- Assist in the implementation of digital workflows, technologies, and training across projects

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years experience in digital engineering
- Experience working for a main contractor within the construction industry is advantageous but not mandatory
- Technical understanding of DE concepts and proficiency in relevant DE software and hardware systems (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, BIM360, Revizto, Aconex, dRofus, point cloud scanning)
