An opportunity, Built for you
As the Assistant Development Manager, you will provide support in operational aspects of projects, assisting the management and administration of project delivery and development. The role will cover all facets of the project, from feasibility studies, planning and design, legal negotiation, leasing, marketing, contract administration, financial reporting, construction to completion.
Here’s what a typical day might look like for you:
- Work with the project team on all aspects of development planning, design and delivery
- Support monitoring of the performance of the development team and their compliance with the development vision
- Preparation of consultancy briefs to formal awarding of contractual arrangements
- Aid in management of tenancy activities to ensure objectives are met – including financial cashflow management and lease execution
- Maintain compliant project record documentation
- Regular report writing, project monthly invoicing, budget and cashflow management
This position offers an exciting opportunity for a new Assistant Development Manager to play a central role in the realisation of a landmark tower in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. The project is currently in the phase of development, so you will have the opportunity to see the project through from infancy to completion!

- Minimum (2 years) experience in the development industry, preferably in significant scale mixed use projects and delivery of key project tasks
- Proven track record in assisting to deliver developments and working collaboratively with internal and external teams
- Feasibility and Programme – experience in understanding and execution
