This is an exciting opportunity to join Bulit’s next phase of growth as a Development Manager. Reporting into the Development Director and working closely with the Head of Property and Capital, the Development Manager position will be heavily focused on growing Bulit’s residential venture. As our growth is scaling fast, this is an opportunity to have a real impact on the residential Landscape, nationally.
Here's what a typical day might look like for you:
- Lead end-to-end development projects, influencing and challenging outcomes across residential precincts.
- Develop and manage project execution plans aligned with strategic goals
- Unlock Hidden Value: Go beyond state master planning outputs to uncover new opportunities and drive commercial outcomes.
- Work with Capital Partners: Engage directly with JV partners and overseas capital to influence project direction and financial strategy.
- Lead Precinct Activation: Collaborate with marketing and community teams to bring precincts to life and drive engagement.
- Drive Financial Strategy and reporting: Produce feasibility studies and revenue modelling.

- Demonstrated skills and a passion for residential development management.
- Demonstrated experience of successfully delivering end-to-end residential developments.
- Startup mentality with the ability to work in ambiguity and drive growth in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Strong stakeholder management experience, including JV, senior executives and government relations.
- Demonstrated commercial / financial acumen, including feasibility studies, revenue modelling and the ability challenge and refine state master planning outputs to unlock greater value and support strategic decision-making.
- A collaborative and agile approach – you know how to adapt quickly and influence with credibility.
