As a Site Engineer, you’ll play an important role in delivering high-quality projects safely, efficiently and to programme. Working closely with Project Engineers, Site Managers and subcontractors, you’ll help coordinate site activities and ensure work is delivered to Built’s high standards.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Coordinating and monitoring site activities to keep work progressing safely and efficiently.
- Managing quality assurance processes and ensuring works are delivered in line with project requirements.
- Supporting planning and programme outcomes by identifying risks and resolving issues before they impact delivery.
- Working closely with subcontractors and project stakeholders to drive strong site performance and collaboration.
- Contributing to Built’s focus on innovation by identifying smarter ways to improve productivity, quality and project outcomes.
What we are looking for
We’re looking for someone who enjoys being close to the action, thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to build a long-term career delivering complex construction projects.
You’ll bring:
- Experience working as a Site Engineer or Graduate Engineer within the construction industry.
- A relevant qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple work fronts simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take ownership of outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with site teams, subcontractors and clients.
