The Opportunity   

The role of Digitalisation & Data Manager is to lead the Advanced Manufacturing Facility (AMF) digital backbone and data environment. The role connects digital factory strategy, data governance, ERP/MES systems, digital twins, analytics and reporting. This role is critical to ensuring design, manufacturing and delivery data can move through the business consistently. 

This role supports the AMF factory setup and DfMA delivery pathway, connecting product information, engineering, production data and manufacturing workflows. It should help ensure design and factory teams develop seamless transitions, standards and opportunities over the first 24 months of implementation. 

In this role, you will:   

  • Coordinate project activities across design, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics and site installation. 

  • Define digital factory strategy and the roadmap for production data, systems and integration.  

  • Lead data governance and integration across design, manufacturing and delivery workflows.  

  • Coordinate ERP / MES / production systems requirements and implementation priorities.  

  • Develop digital twin, reporting and analytics approaches that support factory visibility and decision making.  

  • Create digital workflows across design, manufacturing and delivery so information is structured and reusable.  

  • Lead information management standards for factory data, production status, quality records and operational  reporting.  

  • Work closely with engineering, automation, design and production roles to make data useful in daily operations.  

  • Identify gaps in current systems, workflows and data structures, then define the roadmap to close them.  

What we are looking for   

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline. 

  • Minimum10 years’ experience in commercial construction engineering working on DfMA projects modular construction projects. 

  • Senior digitalisation, data management or production systems leadership experience within a similar DfMA factory environemnt.  

  • Understanding of ERP, MES, digital factory, reporting or manufacturing data environments.  

  • Ability to define data governance and integration requirements across multiple teams.  

  • Experience translating operational needs into workable digital systems and processes.  

  • Strong stakeholder coordination across technology, engineering and operations.
