The Opportunity
This is a great chance to lead important projects that support UniSC’s global and engagement priorities, with a focus on third party education partnerships. As Senior Project Manager, Global and Engagement, you’ll work closely with UniSC’s Executive and teams across different portfolios and locations to plan and deliver complex initiatives. You’ll bring people together, manage resources effectively, and see big ideas through to completion, helping UniSC strengthen its connections with communities, partners and the world.
You will
- lead the design and delivery of major projects across the Global and Engagement portfolio, with a strong focus on third party education partnerships;
- make sure governance, systems and frameworks are strong, practical, and aligned with UniSC’s strategic direction;
- provide thoughtful leadership to colleagues and contribute to a collaborative team culture; and
- support the wider Global and Engagement team by managing and responding to requests for information with care and clarity.

You’re curious, proactive and ready to make things happen with and for others.
You will possess:
- A proven track record leading and managing complex, large-scale projects in higher education or similarly complex environments, from strategic planning through to evaluation.
- Strong expertise in delivering successful third-party education partnerships within a tertiary setting.
- The ability to build and sustain effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leaders, academics, government and industry partners.
- Leadership experience guiding multidisciplinary teams and managing staff across different levels and locations.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions and adapt strategies as circumstances evolve
- Solid experience in project governance, including risk management, budget oversight and policy development focused on achieving key organisational goals.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence preparing high-level reports, submissions and funding proposals for diverse audiences.
- A genuine commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive work culture that reflects UniSC’s values around cultural awareness, ethics and sustainability.
