Job Description
The Assistant Director of Enrollment Operations Systems provides strategic and technical leadership within the enrollment management function. Reporting to the Director of Operations for Enrollment Management, this role oversees critical systems (e.g., CRM, SIS) and processes—from inquiry through matriculation—to support institutional recruitment, admissions, and onboarding initiatives.
These individual processes electronic admission decisions and financial aid award packages, manages the enrollment workflow of program-specific graduate certificates, and processes deferrals and term changes, requests to change student majors, and manages the communication of immunization requirements.
This position will manage the receipt and communications aspect of a graduate and undergraduate student’s enrollment checklist (i.e. Student Immunizations, Final Transcripts, and other forms).

Required Qualifications
•Knowledge of office practices, procedures, and office equipment. •Strong proficiency with Student Information Systems (i.e. Banner) and a Constituent Relationship Manager (i.e. Slate Technolutions). •Strong communication skills, both verbal and written and computer and interpersonal skills are required. •Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Internet applications. •At least two years of progressive admission and/or higher education experience.
Education: A combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities, including education and a minimum of two years of progressive experience in admission and higher education, is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
•Working knowledge of Slate Technolutions and Banner. •Demonstrated ability to follow oral and written rules and regulations, to learn new practices, procedures, and equipment operations, to collect, assemble, and process information and to organize work. •A passion for working with people and serving as an advocate for students. Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy. •Demonstrated strong written and oral presentation skills to communicate with both prospective students and campus partners. •Ability to interpret data to identify and analyze trends. •Ability to be proactive and work independently, as well as collaboratively, as part of a team.
