Job Description

The Website Support Analyst serves as a key technical resource within the Web and Mobile Technology team. This role is responsible for implementing, supporting, and maintaining the university’s website operations, content management systems, portal, web applications, and mobile apps, with a strong emphasis on quality, accessibility, and performance.

The position provides technical guidance to CMS editors in Marketing and Communications and to departmental editors across campus, ensuring proper configuration and stable operation of web and mobile systems.

Additionally, the role supports and manages website analytics platforms by monitoring and generating reports on site performance, page load speeds, and mobile usability, and by recommending data-driven adjustments to improve accessibility, visibility, and organic search performance.

Required Qualifications

•A combination of training, education, and/or experience in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field;
•Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) for Website editing and publishing.
•Understanding of HTML, CSS, and website development principles.
•Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
•Analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

•Experience working with the Modern Campus Content Management System in a university environment.
•In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, best practices, and the latest industry trends.
•Experience working with the OneCampus portal – creating and maintaining tiles, configuration and settings.
•Knowledge and/or experience programming in PHP or Javascript.
