The purpose of the Pool Swimming Instructor Supervisor is to supervise the swimming instructors and lifeguards, manage and organize aspects of the pool area, and maintain safety within the pool area. The Pool Swimming Instructor Supervisor is responsible for scheduling and supervising instructors, ensuring proper curriculum, monitoring the pool area, speaking with the public, setting-up the pool area, and performing rescue functions. develops work methods and sequences under general supervision. Performs duties pertaining to Swimming Pool Operations, Safety and Maintenance. Duties may include ensuring the safety of and for the General Public and Pool Staff, Scheduling Staff Hours, Records Keeping, Lifeguard duties and Water Chemistry Control.
