| The Associate Vice President for Human Resources (AVP-HR) provides strategic and operational leadership for a comprehensive human resources program at Colorado College, including talent acquisition, total rewards, performance management, leadership and talent development, employee relations, workforce planning, HR technology and analytics, and policy development and compliance. The AVP-HR partners with the Office of Civil
Rights, Institutional Equity and Belonging, and other campus leaders to ensure equity and belonging are embedded throughout HR policy and practice, and that the employee experience reflects the College’s mission and values.
Reporting to the Vice President of Finance & Administration/Chief Financial Officer, the AVP-HR serves as a key strategic advisor to the CFO and to senior leadership across the College on workforce strategy and organizational health. |

Residential Life Coordinator

| The Residential Life Coordinator (RLC) at Colorado College is a full-time, live-on professional who fosters an inclusive, student-centered residential community grounded in belonging, engagement, and holistic student development. The RLC supports students through intentional community building, responsive care, and collaboration with campus partners.
This position plays a key role in advancing a residential experience that affirms diverse identities and promotes meaningful connection. RLCs participate in an on-call rotation and respond to student and community needs, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
The position includes a fully furnished apartment (not considered taxable income) and a $3,000 meal stipend distributed over the 10-month academic year (August–May). |

| The Assistant Director, Donor Engagement Officer strengthens Colorado College’s connection with alumni and inspires philanthropic support for the college’s funding priorities. Working in close collaboration with colleagues across the Advancement division, this position is a vital relationship builder who bolsters CC’s pipeline of philanthropic leaders. This opportunity requires close collaboration with other departments in the Advancement division. Expected outcomes for this role are: retaining annual donors who give $1,874 or greater, growing the philanthropic commitments of assigned prospects, capturing information that will enrich prospect records, securing unrestricted gifts to support the college’s greatest needs, and partnering with cross-campus stakeholders to provide new funding to enhance affinity programs. This position is ideal for a relationship-driven professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about advancing Colorado College’s mission through strategic fundraising. |
