We are seeking Home Care Workers (internally known as Direct Care Workers) who can commit to consistent availability on the same days and times each week.
Set roster hours include paid travel between clients.
Help our clients stay independent with support in personal care, meal preparation, general cleaning, shopping and transport to appointments.
You will be a great fit if you have:
- Strong verbal communication
- A warm, personable nature with genuine respect for cultural diversity and relationship-building skills
- Ability to monitor client wellbeing and act quickly in emergencies to ensure safety
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing/Aged Care)
- Driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Availability to work 1 - 4 days per week, Monday - Sunday, up to a maximum of 22 hours per week
- Russian, Polish, Hebrew or Yiddish language skills (desirable, but not essential)
