The Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Help Desk Administrator, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Act as the first point of contact for IT support, resolving technical issues.
  • Answer helpdesk calls in accordance with procedures, and actively triaging.
  • Triage, assign and action tickets to get customers up and running in accordance with ITIL frameworks.
  • Configure and setup of Cisco handsets for end users and residents.  
  • Troubleshoot/escalate Call Manager including Cisco Jabber, WebEx and software phones including headsets.
  • Support and maintenance of business support digital tools.
  • Support for our end users as we transition to windows 11 and 365.
  • Troubleshoot/escalate telephony issues, MDM troubleshooting as required, and escalated WAN connectivity issues.
  • This position is in our Hawthorn East support office and requires on-site presence. 
  • We service a 24/7 business, and this role works a rotating roster (provided in advance).

About you

We’re ideally looking for someone with

  • ITIL Foundations accreditations – Level 1 and or Level 2 experienced.
  • Client-focused, quality-focused and process-orientated.
  • Knowledge of personal computer and operating system configuration.
  • Experience with service desk software (i.e. Manage Engine or Service Now) RD Web, Active Directory/Entra ID, Ms Exchange, office 365 and other applications.
  • Current Driver’s License – you will at times need to drive to support our customers around Victoria.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
