What you do matters 

Are you a Hospitality or Aged Care professional with an eye for detail and a passion for excellence in customer service? Our newly created Residential Admissions Co-Ordinator role presents an opportunity to join Benetas and be a part of our mission to help older Victorians live their best lives.

Working in our Residential Aged Care homes throughout Melbourne, you will provide support to raise the standard presentation and appearance of our homes. With a focus on developing and maintaining organisational best practices for tours and the pre-admission customer experience, this role will provide mentoring to site based staff to ensure consistency in “what good looks like”.

 

We are looking for a Residential Admissions Co-Ordinator to:

 

  • Work alongside Residential Care teams to provide the optimum tour experience for potential residents and families
  • Cultivate an awareness of “what good looks like” within the existing parameters of our homes
  • Create a play book for display rooms and tour processes for each of our homes including the most current marketing collateral and pricing
  • Assist care staff to provide a great admission experience for residents
  • Walk the home every day ensuring presentation standards are consistently high and coach the site team to continue this expectation 
  • Communicate with Customer Centre/Sales Team and Residential Care teams to provide feedback on tours and prospective admissions 

 

To join our team, we’re looking for someone with:

 

  • An exceptional eye for detail
  • Demonstrated Customer Service experience
  • Empathy and an ability to establish fast connections with residents and their families
  • Creativity and experience in merchandising, hospitality or real estate presentation
  • An understanding of the Aged Care process or a willingness to learn the complexity facing our admitting residents
  • The annual flu immunisation and a commitment to receiving the immunisation each year
