- Full time, hybrid working; typically 3 days Hawthorn Support Office, 2 days WFH, but may alter based on need (Part time may be considered)
- $65,000 salary plus Super plus Not For Profit salary packaging of approx. $18,500 (Offering you more take home pay with less tax!)

How you’ll make an impact:
As an integral member of the Talent Management team, within People, Culture and Diversity, you will collaborate, plan and see through the delivery of events and activities that enhance the experiences and learning opportunities for our workforce and volunteers.
In this diverse role, you will also have responsibilities and work activities involving:

- Our Learning Management System (LMS)
