We proudly deliver services across finance, IT, quality and risk, marketing and customer experience, and people culture and diversity. The Role

We are looking for an experienced Learning & Culture Partner to join our People Culture & Diversity team.  In your new role with us, you will play a critical role in shaping the future capability of the organisation through delivering contemporary and responsive solutions. Your role leads the design, development and implementation of frameworks, programs and solutions, aligned with strategic objectives, operational needs and enterprise obligations under the Aged Care Quality Standards and Aged Care Act. All of which contribute to enhancing the capability and engagement of Benetas’ workforce.  Specifically, you will leverage your previous experience, skills and education to:

  • Design, develop, deliver and enable comprehensive learning and education plans, initiatives and solutions
  • Provide subject matter expertise and advice on organisational learning objectives and initiatives
  • Scope and manage projects, timelines, budgets, deliverables and communication plans
  • Partner with key stakeholders within the People, Culture & Diversity team, and across the business to identify and respond to workforce needs and requirements
  • Anticipate impact of learning and capability changes, consultation and communication requirements
  • Embed a culture of continuous learning through defined career development pathways, mentorship, coaching and targeted professional and personal development programs
  • Manage key experience activities and frameworks such as (but not limited to) volunteer and student programs, diversity and inclusion, workforce and performance management, and Benetas’s employee listening framework.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role, possibly with a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, business, organisational development or a related discipline
  • In-depth working experience in organisational development, employee experience and engagement
  • Ability to undertake and lead complex planning across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Proficiency in interpreting workforce metrics and insights and creating actionable solutions and plans
  • Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, Aged Care Act, and Fair Work obligations and familiarity with the Aged Care Charter of Rights and the Code of Conduct
  • Direct and indirect leadership, coaching and mentoring skills
  • Highly developed communication, negotiation and liaison skills
  • Ability to provide strategic and operational HR advice to a range of stakeholders

Additionally, you will be a seasoned practitioner who is able to exercise high levels of discretion and professionalism, have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, maintain a collaborative and experiential approach and be comfortable working in a change oriented environment.
