The Role
Our Human Resources Officers are supported by HR Business Partners, and sit within the People Operations unit, joined with Talent Acquisition. Our HR team works from our Support Office in Hawthorn East, with one day WFH, and may occasionally visit our residential homes, retirement living villages, or home care offices in Victoria.
As a HR Officer, you will:
- Provide HR support across the full employee Lifecyle
- Manage HR Helpdesk queries and maintain HRIS records
- Deliver exceptional customer service and HR advice
- Ensure compliance with policies, OH&S, and quality standards
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

About you
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Experience with HRIS and HR administration and tertiary qualification in Human Resources
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities and use initiative
- Sound judgment and ability to escalate issues appropriately
- Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills
- Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
