The Communications Advisor – Strategic Projects drives a single, integrated communication and engagement approach across strategic projects. This is a 12-month role based in our Support Office in Hawthorn East, offering flexible and hybrid work arrangements. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing an overarching narrative and providing internal communication advisory support for two key strategic projects: Best Life 2030 (Benetas’ five-year business strategy) and Project BEACON (Benetas’ approach to implementing its legislative and regulatory framework).
- Providing strategic advice and proactive internal communications planning and delivery for transformation activities.
- Producing high-quality, engaging communication outputs that keep team members engaged and informed and highlight progress.
- Ensuring that each initiative is appropriately positioned through consistent messaging and tone, in line with a broader program rollout schedule.
- Monitoring and evaluating communication metrics to provide timely and meaningful analysis.
About you
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Tertiary qualification in communications, public relations or similar
- Extensive experience working in an internal communications role supporting transformation programs.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences across multiple channels.
- A strategic mindset, creative flair and strong attention to detail
