The Role
We are looking for experienced Workforce and Insights Partner to join our People Culture and Diversity team for an initial 6-month contract. In your new role with us, you will play a critical role in shaping the future capability of the organisation through proactive workforce planning and analysis. Your role leads the design, development, and implementation of workforce strategies aligned with Benetas’ strategic goals, growth plans, and obligations under the Aged Care Quality Standards and Aged Care Act and will partners with leaders across the organisation to ensure that the right workforce, with the right skills, available at the right time.
Specifically, you will leverage your previous experience, skills and education to:
- Optimise workforce structures to support strategic and client outcomes
- Facilitate job design, capability mapping and role clarity considering aged care quality expectations
- Lead workforce modelling and scenario planning aligned to workforce supply and demand to support operational and financial objectives
- Establish and manage succession planning and workforce readiness programs, talent pipelines for critical roles and promote capability uplift
- Oversee and provide workforce analysis, insights, reporting and strategic advice
- Contribute to the planning and building of capability across the organisation
About you
- Relevant experience in a similar role and have tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, business, people analytics or a related discipline
- In-depth working experience in workforce planning, analytics or organisational development
- Ability to lead complex planning activities across multiple stakeholder groups
- Proficiency in interpreting workforce metrics and creating actionable insights
- Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, Aged Care Act, and Fair Work obligations and familiarity with the Aged Care Charter of Rights and the Code of Conduct
- Direct and indirect leadership, coaching and mentoring skills
- Highly developed communication, negotiation and liaison skills
- Ability to provide strategic and operational HR advice to a range of stakeholders
Additionally, you will be a seasoned practitioner who is able to exercise high levels of discretion and professionalism, have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, maintain a collaborative and service-oriented approach and be comfortable working in a change-oriented environment.
