The Role

We have a new position available for a Quality Systems and Insights Officer, to provide systems administration and reporting support to the Quality Systems Manager, whilst the team contributes to various projects across the organisation. 

  • Provide frontline systems support, data analysis, and quality reporting across key organisational platforms that support quality, risk, safeguarding, compliance, and clinical operations within an aged care environment (Assurance, PolicyConnect, BestMed, QPS, and other related quality and compliance platforms)
  • Support the delivery of timely and effective assistance and training to staff across residential aged care, home care, retirement living and corporate services, ensuring that business systems are maintained, accessible, and functioning effectively
  • Play an active part in extracting, analysing and collating quality and compliance data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure user system access, troubleshooting, issue resolution, escalation, onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Contribute to the development of dashboards, reports, and quality metrics that support the Quality, Risk and Safeguarding team and organisational leadership

About you

This role is well suited to someone with a few years of experience, who is ready to build on their systems and reporting capability in a supportive environment.

  • Experience in systems support, helpdesk, service desk, or application support roles, ideally within healthcare, aged care, or other regulated environments
  • Technical and analytical skills, including troubleshooting, data analysis, and reporting
  • High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate system records, documentation, and data integrity
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to support and train users with varying levels of technical confidence
  • Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively across teams

Knowledge of quality, compliance, governance, or risk management systems, with an understanding of privacy, information security, and audit requirements considered highly desirable.
