The Role
We are looking for an experienced Clinical Services Manager to join our Broughton Hall home in Camberwell, supporting a warm and welcoming community of 65 residents.
Located in a beautiful historical building, Broughton Hall offers a unique and meaningful working environment where you can lead clinical care, support a dedicated team and build genuine relationships with residents and families.
As Clinical Services Manager, you will provide clinical leadership across the home, supporting high-quality care delivery, strong governance, compliance and continuous improvement. You will work closely with the Residential Services Manager, nurses and care teams to ensure residents receive safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and support the clinical team to deliver high-quality, resident-focused care
- Oversee clinical governance, care planning, assessments, documentation and incident management
- Support best-practice care in areas such as wound management, medication safety, pain management, diabetes, infection prevention and palliative care
- Monitor resident outcomes and ensure changes in clinical condition are identified, escalated and managed appropriately
- Coach, mentor and guide Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Workers
- Support compliance with aged care legislative requirements, quality standards and organisational policies
- Partner with residents, families, GPs, allied health professionals and internal stakeholders to achieve strong care outcomes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support a positive, collaborative team culture
About you
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, Division 1
- Strong clinical leadership experience, ideally within residential aged care
- Sound knowledge of aged care legislation, clinical governance and quality standards
- Experience supporting clinical documentation, care planning, incident management and compliance
- Strong judgement and decision-making skills, with the ability to respond effectively to clinical issues
- The ability to coach, mentor and support nursing and care teams
- A compassionate, resident-focused approach and the ability to build trusted relationships with residents and families
- Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
- A high level of accountability and confidence working in a busy operational environment
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance ID, or the ability to obtain one
