The Role
We are seeking a Workforce Data & Reporting Analyst to join our People, Culture and Diversity team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality reporting, data analytics, informing insights that support strategic workforce planning, as well as operational and transformation initiatives across the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys turning complex data into clear, meaningful information that drives better decisions and continuous improvement.
- Develop, maintain and enhance workforce reporting frameworks, dashboards and scorecards to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Extract, clean, validate and maintain data from multiple systems, including HRIS, finance, rostering and learning platforms.
- Analyse trends, variances and workforce KPIs to generate actionable insights for HR, operational leaders and transformation teams.
- Present complex information in clear, visually engaging formats using tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Excel.
- Support scenario modelling and forecasting to inform workforce strategies and organisational design.
- Work closely with stakeholders across HR, Finance, Operations and leadership teams to understand reporting needs and deliver tailored solutions.
About you
- Tertiary qualified in Data Analytics, Human Resources, Business, Statistics, Information Systems or a related field.
- Developed Analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex data clearly and meaningfully, with experience using tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and prioritisation methods.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences and build strong working relationships with stakeholders.
- Understanding of workforce metrics, HR principles and organisational data structures, to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Familiarity with HR systems, workforce planning tools or aged care compliance requirements will be highly regarded.
